Dr. Dalbir Bal is an alumni of New York Chiropractic College where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Prior to this, Dr. Bal attended the University of Waterloo where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences.

Her dedication to her patients and commitment to their health and well-being is evident in every patient encounter. She is highly knowledgeable on a vast variety of neuromuscular conditions and formulates evidence-based treatment plans for relief of back pain, headaches, ankle sprains, sports injuries, cervical and lumbar disc herniations, and hip pain among many others.

She is trained and highly skilled at the following techniques: manual manipulation (Diversified), electrical stimulation including IFC, Biphasic and Russian stimulation and ultrasound, Connect X and pin and stretch muscle release. Furthermore, she is certified in Nimmo soft tissue technique, CPR and Sports Science and Human Performance.
